By creating an account, enrolling, applying, submitting information, or otherwise using Intern2Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Platform and eligibility
Intern2Hub provides internship discovery, applications, learning programs, certificates, employer tools, support services, and related career resources. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms. If you are under the legal age of majority, you must use the platform with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts and security
- Keep your login credentials private and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report misuse.
3. Applications, enrollments, and certificates
Internship selection, employer decisions, completion requirements, and certificate eligibility may depend on information supplied by students, employers, colleges, and program administrators. Enrollment or payment does not guarantee employment, a stipend, selection, or a particular outcome. Certificates may be withheld or revoked where records are fraudulent, requirements are incomplete, or the platform was misused.
4. Payments and refunds
Paid services are displayed before checkout and payments may be processed by third-party providers. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy. Legally required payment and accounting records may be retained even after account deletion.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with services, scrape data without permission, harass other users, submit fraudulent documents, manipulate attendance or completion records, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
6. User content and communications
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and share it only as reasonably required to provide the requested services. Service communications may be sent through email, in-app notices, telephone, or WhatsApp where permitted. You can request help or withdraw optional communication consent by contacting support.
7. Third-party services
The platform may link to or use services operated by employers, payment processors, Meta/WhatsApp, cloud providers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Intern2Hub available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or business operations. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Intern2Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, employer decisions, user-provided information, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risks, repeated violations, legal requirements, or conduct that harms users or the platform. You may stop using the service and request account deletion according to our User Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Governing law and contact
