You may request deletion at any time. Send the request from your registered email address so we can protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
How to submit a deletion request
- Email contact@veridantai.in with the subject Intern2Hub Data Deletion Request.
- Send the email from the address registered on your Intern2Hub account.
- Include your full name and registration number, if available. Do not send your password, OTP, payment-card details, or identity-document number.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you own the account.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge the request and verify account ownership.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required.
- We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will confirm when processing is complete.
- If deletion cannot be completed, we will explain the legal or operational reason.
Information that may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for payment accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, certificate verification, regulatory compliance, or the establishment and defense of legal claims. Access to retained records is restricted, and they are not used for unrelated marketing.
WhatsApp and third-party data
A deletion request removes or anonymizes eligible data controlled by Intern2Hub. Meta and WhatsApp may retain information under their own policies. To manage information held directly by Meta or WhatsApp, use the privacy controls provided by those services.
